A wheelthrown lidded jar in a blend of dark stoneware clays with porcelain inlay detail.
It could be used as a keepsake or treasure jar, or perhaps for sugar or spices. Measures 7.5cm in diameter and 5.8cm high.
The outside is unglazed to show the colour and texture of the clay, and the inside is glazed in a glossy titanium white with subtle variegation; this glaze casts slightly blue against the dark clay.
Dishwasher safe although hand wash is recommended for best care.
